I don't think anywere in kerala a registration series can be completed with in a month. To reach CA registation,EKM RTO need to complete BV,BW,BX,BY & BZ. Curreently the time taken is around 3 months to complete a series in kochi. I took ma bike on Jan 5 th and the number was bt 1596.
And it's bu series from d start if dis months.

In dis pace it will take atleast 1.5 years to reach ca series

You can install transliterating softwares like mozhi,swanalekha in windows. in Gnu/Linux, use ibus/scim as it is much more easier.

I use KeyMagic on my WinXP box. I used to use KeyMan, but that hanged up too much, so went to KeyMagic which is open-source. Working great now, except some annoyances in combining phonemes across space.
