Not the best looking building but when you stand beneath them and take in the sheer scale it's hard not to be impressed 8/10

I gave it a 4. When I first looked at them I thought they were old buildings, maybe from the 60's or 70's. To my surprise they're new. That made it even worse.

What HK calls "imaginative design" usually involves a slightly creative crown on top of private developments. However, what people on the street usually see is the oppressively boring rows of identical windows and anonymous use of colour. People only see the tops of buildings from a distance...they need to be more creative in designing the facade itself.
