this whole sub-forum seems to be dominated by tanzanian costruction. Looks good,
I'm hoping it's solely for commercial use.

The construction boom in Tanzania esp. Dar necessitate for a dedicated sub-forum for it.
As a matter of fact as was advertised in the Tender it was dubbed as PSPF Commercial Towers.

I guess its now sort of official. Dar es Salaam is East Africa's Luanda. I just love those towers.

Looks lik Nairobi will be losing its status as the most impressive skyline in SSA outside of SA.

Fantastic!!! I need to pay more attention to Tanzania for sure, this has really caught me off-guard. I mean I knew the economy was growing, but I didn't realize 6% or so growth could have this big an impact.

Not if Addis has it's way...but I think Luanda already has that title.

The road is closed for more space for construction site. Normally they pay city authorities till construction is done. That means the contractor will build as per the agreed schedule.

Apparently these towers have been upscaled to 35 storey.
