Nice to see two Liberals chillin'
Now, if I had said CP was a dump, there would be white hot lava flowing through the streets! All I said was that CP was an "amusement park" and I had the riot act shoved up my ass!

Cedar Point is world class coasters but weird, lower-rung grounds and buildings. Not that people care: they go for the rides, not the precious gardens or historical re-creations. TBH if Disneyland had Cedar Point's coasters, everyone's head would explode. Makes me wonder why Disney can't just throw down and blow everyone else out of the water.

Disney attracts a different market than most other theme parks. Cedar Point, Busch Gardens, Six Flags, and Universal Studios tend to attract roller coaster fanatics and other action junkies (usually teens and adults) while Disney's main target demographic is families with small children.

CP has fine landscaping.. main midway has a beautiful flower bed running under it. They revamp all the midways ever few years and plant new trees/flowers everytime they make a new ride... I never see garbage laying around. Someone must have had a bad experience at the point and is holding a grudge.

So you show 2 pics of CP that doesnt even show it in the middle of summer.. Ill take cedar points american flag flower bed over that bush-it mickey mouse display anyday...
Id expect disney to have better land scaping.. for one, cedar point is in an area with a growing season thats about 4-5 months at most.. Disneys parks are both in warm climate areas. and 2 Disney does more than the parks.. they make money off MOVIES and merch. |

CP does have a pretty awesome location. The view of the lake and bay and Canada from the rides is pretty great.
Disney is nicely landscaped but everyone knows that Busch Gardens, the Old Country, is America's most beautiful theme park. It has been voted such consistently for the past 10 years or so ![]() These photos make me miss summer already. |

I was at Walt Disney World last week and I was shocked that their Magic Kingdom atmosphere isn't nice as the original Walt Disneyland Magic Kingdom. It also has fewer rides than Disneyland. I was expecting this park to better than Disneyland. But I think Walt Disney World's other parks like Animal Kingdom, Epcot Center, Downtown Disney, and Hollywood Studio are much better than Magic Kingdom. Had great time anyway.
I also went to Universal Studio's Island of Adventure. This park is impressive but it would be nice if they add more roller coasters too. |

im not disagreeing with u idiot. we all know why milquetoast likes disney so much... its cuz he likes little boys... its even where he got his name on here from... he likes eating milkey toast. I think you play "Toast" to much with other men.Id be a dick too if i had to get my stomach pumped weekly
If CP was located more south I think they would go for more landscaping... but like i said before.. the growing season in ohio isnt very long. why would u plant stuff thats not gonna live for more than 5 months. |

The best for thrills has got to be Cedar Point, unfortunately the both times I've been there the lines have been ridiculous. 40+ minute wait per ride, you can't even ride everything in single day. For that reason, I'll say my overall favorite park would be Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. I've been there many times and never had to wait more than 30 minutes for anything. Usually the wait is 10 minutes max. One time we didn't even have to get off the rollercoaster, they just let it go through again.
