McDonalds at Alton Towers in the UK
London Check this other one out in London, Housed next to the Tower of London, this McDonalds was built under the floor of what used to be London's public execution courtyard. Hangings, beheadings, etc, all took place on the roof of what is now a McDonalds. Anyone know where this is? It's somewhere in the UK or Ireland ![]() Rothenburg, Germany (check out the sign) Macca's in Trier, Germany (very discrete) Milan, Italy And finally, probably the most famous McDonalds of them all...

This was used in Australia until the mid 90's before all labelling featured the American logo.
![]() I've also seen a version where a map of Australia features to the right of the golden arches Here are a couple of samples of Mcdonalds seen in Oz Surfers Paradise ![]() Batemans Bay, NSW This is typical of many mcdonalds resturants found in Australia with iron roofing and sahded outdoor eating areas. ![]() And is there seriously a Mcdonalds restaurant inside the White House?

Here are 2 from Denmark, first we have the new "standard" McD (looks like in many other countries) in Herning, dk:
![]() And here's one in the 2. largest city, Århus. It's right in the middle of the pedestrian street in an old building:

Sedona, Arizona -- the worlds only non-golden arches. It was the only way that city hall agreed to have a McD's put in their small, but proud town is if they changed the color to match the southwest motif.
