Thats the towers in the far right and the first of the JBR towers are starting to rise

You can see this huge Emmar site across the water from Sahab Towers ( looking for name of the Emmar towers now ) Also in the for ground here Le Riviera a 30F.

JBR in front from JBR web site takne on 27th July

and again see it rise and in other photos from the JBR site you can make out the crane is still up on the towers

You can see that JBR will rise just in front of these blocking out any hope of a view in fact JBR will seem to block the view of most if not all towers leaving only a few narrow windows of light for all towers behind on the buildings of the Marina. Destroying all chances of ocean views for most of the tower 35 floors of all these towers
