Abu Dhabi Investment House (ADIH), lancera bientôt un nouveau projet en Tunisie qui portera le nom de «Porta Moda » (La Porte de la Mode). Le projet, une entreprise polyvalente, inclut des unités résidentielles, des hôtels, des magasins de mode, une Mode Academy, et focalisera notamment sur le stylisme et le design de mode. L'annonce de ce nouveau projet, qui confirme par ailleurs la poursuite des investissements étrangers et des pays du Golf notamment en Tunisie, malgré les effets de la crise, a été faite dimanche dernier à Marrakech (Maroc), par le Directeur général de la société, Rashed Youssef Jenahi. «À la suite du lancement du projet d'ADIH'S à Marrakech et qui est le premier du genre en Afrique du Nord, la société planifie de fonder un autre projet majeur en Tunisie », a-t-il dit.

Porta Moda is a branded city destination designed specifically around style and fashion. This 2 square kilometer development in Tunis is organized around a concert hall and event plaza. High-end residential and retail areas line the downtown, with a low-rise retail and dining areas designed in homage to traditional Tunisian souk architecture.
