So mister, firstly i created a simple rendering of the KLCC's future skyline, and that was just for Pat, secondly, im just adding the well known VISIONARY ones cause of their popularity and status. Even though they aren't off the ground yet atleast they are still among the most discussed topic around here rather than the projects that you have stated, which is much more dead and unknown.

We know that they are gonna start mostly after 2011 but come on man, they aren't as well known as some bigger or much high profile projects located in the golden triangle. So don't show off, people has helped by illustrating this and you just go on poke firing back.

the carpark plot is closed since january. soil testing machineries were there. from what i gather, foundation specialist Bauer ll likely get the job to bore n construct tunnel and diaghram walls around. Some foreign construction firms hv started to lobby for the main structure work.

this really getting excited.. dont forget the le Nouvel, IB tower nearby, a project behind Traders hotel, i believe by at least 2016 it all will be completed, together with 100 storey menara merdeka building n Sg Buloh-Kjg mrt projects, n not forget the KLIFD, it's all complement to each other

I believe they ll kick off this year with groundwork n foundation package first. they cant walk around with no single project in hand after the lot C completion. it's a business nature to keep running..


btw..heard rumors that lot K land supposely given to DBKL by klcc has been transferred to a plot behind the convention center, fronting the etiqa building. currently a carpark plot.

NEWS: - 77 storeys (Supertall), 50 storeys, 30+ storeys - begins 4Q 2011

its confirmed 3 tower blocks with a mall podium ll occupy the tiny lot. some part of the park n chilling plant adjacent ll make way too. architect n engineering proposal r now in final stages for approval by relevant authorities. the tallest tower ll be 77 storey, taller than bangsar telekom tower, IB n lot C. the latters ll be 50 levels & 30 someting tall. schedule for late 2011 commencemnt. i hvnt see the rendering, but the feedback from ppl who saw it said not that inspiring. but anyway, lets wait till the rendering officially release out. another klcc development is the 2 plots in front of troika until the road leading to klcc tunnel. news is they ll put up a temporary multi level carpark decking vy soon, which can be later easily dismantle when future development start.
