Amazing pics of Times Square.

Has changed a lot.

I noticed Chevrolet was in Times several years, but nowdays it isn´t, what happened?

GM has had spectaculars at Times Square since 1930 but in 2007, citing money troubles, they declined to renew the lease for their perch atop 1 Times Square. They say they still want to do something at Times Square so I suspect they'll get a spot back up there...

I love those pre-1960 pictures. Fantastic finds! New York truly looked like it was from the future to people in 1930's and around that time.

I watch a lot of movies made around that era, they're mostly set in New York, though, I suppose, filmed in Hollywood.
