It would fit in anywhere in North America, South America, Asia or Europe (other than some Italian and French cities which are purely classic).

I really don't find that design to be very nice. If it's true that it's not gonna be built, whilst I would have been interested to see such a strange building go up in Manhattan, I'll be fairly glad.
