when im in dubai for 2 weeks i'll stay in an appartmentbuilding next to the bur juman shopping centre. does anyone know from when till when its open? and if there is a supermarket inside?

Have a look at the image on post #277. Bottom left hand corner is a low-rise white building, with the name of Spinneys written on it. That's yer supermarket mate. A lot better than the Choithrams chain. Near enough to the Bur Juman. There's also another Spinneys a block or two to the left of that pic (behind the length of the Bur Juman Centre) on a road that runs parallel to the one you can see in the pic, which was my old local supermarket. I thought it was great as far as supermarkets go. Hope that helps. Sorry, been a while since I lived there, so can't tell you the hours the Bur Juman opens between. There never used to be a supermarket inside, but given it's expanded recently, that might have changed. Enjoy your trip mate.

Actually it is the OPPOSITE. There used to be a (Lal's) supermarket inside Burjuman, but it was closed to make room for the new extansion part joining the existing structure.
