Incredibly good news! I'm so happy. Bordeaux actual stadium, although it have its caché, is not a valuable asset for the team's goal to become a Great french club.

The first article talking about 43k. But we have a big lack of information, like always in Bordeaux, that is a city of confidentiality. (like the picture with the architectes names: Barué and Boutet, that is the first time that I read their names)

Let's wait until next Mondays, 31th May. The city council will vote to start or not the PPP. But after the Euro 2016 host annoncement, I've no more doubt about having a new stadium in Bordeaux.

Shh!... don't said that or France will not host Euro2016.

No, for sure. The realistic date, which was know, is mid 2015. That is the deadline for Euro2016 (one year before the competition) because it is always accepted to have some delay.

But I guess this is the same for you and well know and accepted by everybody.

Nevertheless they try to accelerate the projet as much as possible.

Actually the UEFA deadline is now 2 years before (thanks to Ukraine..all their fault )

But anyway, BX new stadium (which is the less advanced in terms schedule, amongst our 12 stadiums) is planned to be completed for early 2014, as far I know !

Why would you need a roofed stadium in Bordeaux?! Bordeaux is already building a 14000 seats arena! It doesn't rain that often, actually the weather is very good in the area. Why would the city waste a hundred million extra for a roof!?
