Lack of information is whats has been killing this country for long. If you think what i'm saying is a mis-Information. your job is to correct it. Jumping into conclusions without details make no sense at all.

Haven' been back home but have invested in land and in people. My mother is a school principal and i have set up a small scholarship funds with her for students who are going into science, particularly Engineering, Medical school and pharmacy. Congo needs engineers, doctors and scientists who will make it independent.
We need engineers to design and build machinery, copy if we have to copy(called reverse engineering for those who know), steal technology if we have to and improve, use technical knowledge to make weapons, build missiles, befriend and buy North Koreans missile technology if we have to for our own good. We need doctors and scientists to make and improve existing drugs so that Kongo becomes independent in case of Embargo.
I am in my early 30's, but deeply love my country like all of us here. So if we can all do small deeds, the motherland will go further faster...
This world is definitely turning into a jungle, and it is well known that only the weak is targeted particularly if it has potential.

There is no doubt that all of us here loves our country. I have long been calling for unity among this forum users. What demavin is doing is really heart warming (mercy mingi ndeko). I think with all the knowledge, diversity and determination that we have here (most of us would be classified as extremists) we can do something about the issues that face our country. Demavin said it very well that if we remain weak, we are going to be targeted all the time. I would propose we all form an organization and then we can set up goals from here, such as how can we free our people from psychological slavery first(language culture) how can we get the youths involved in country's affair and etc etc. Sustainability is key here. Lets all work together for the benefit of mboka na biso.

Let us never be ashamed of the elements that makes up who we are.

Let's focus on the forum first and then we will talk about associations later.

curiosity

it will interesting to know how many females are there in this forum. It will really be great if the are some. We all know female participation in congolese politics has been dissapointing this despite the constitution guaranting 50% parliamentary seats for women. Since most of you guys plan to play leadership roles in Congo in the near future, why not invite your sisters, girlfriends, wives etc to show interest in the congo's current affairs. Please can all the ladies in this forum introduce themselves

Politics is not for me! I want to stay very far from this entourage. There is a lot of interesting things to do in DRC.

You have to become a snake and a liar to succeed in politics so I don't even blame you. I used to think I will somehow end up in politics but now I don't even like commenting on those scumbags.

Hey guys,

I'm surprised that you didn't notice that I was a woman - Politics is a sacrifice, some choices that I don't want to do, I like to stay in shadow.....

You can also be active in politics without running for a mandate, actually most people should do this to a certain degree. Society is the association of every single one.

In shadow -? More seriously, we are a part of something and I'm convinced that everyone has a role that has been assigned to him and should find it in ordre to participate to the evolution of the humanity.
