Well not exactly rich ones, but middle class standars of entartaiment, as usually middle class in lima has acces to private (work based and suscription) Clubs, but people on poverty doesn't, reason why the Municipality, reoriented the function of Zonal Parks, increasing the kind of services they provide, from mere footbal fields to more diverse options.

They've worked a little (not enough in my opinión) on landscaping, and aestethic issues as well, trying to promote the massive but pproper use of those areas, Anyhow, most of Zonal Park's Area is basically used as Tree woods to help with city air renewal.

The only issue related in my opinión is that some of them has been granted to other uses, which reduce the space for trees. For Example:

Parque Zonal Tupac Amaru, in San Luis District, was used for the National Sport Ville. (VIDENA) and a corner of the park was used for Cuban Refugee's.

Nowadays, that Refugees' camp is built on horrible condition, and that area of park is posibly lost forever, and VIDENA, does not keep the Park on right conditions, as a high percentage of it's area is plain field with unproper conditions, and utmost a 1/6 of the park is used as renting area for fairs and market, with no tree, nor any plant at all. a real shame basically because it is supposed to bè Lima's SPORTS PARK.

But as general info i think that they will be improved on the ollowing years, and soon proverties around them will gain better prices.

If the Perimetric walls are changed to Grille, i think impact and sense of belonging for surounding areas would be better.
