This building doesn't seem to resonate the usual genius of Kenzo Tange or Jorge Ramos' work. It appears to be market driven in terms of it's classicists tendencies which I find most wealthy Filipinos prefer (and often associate with luxury).

My favorite project in Manila ...But anyways I think this building is ahead of schedule. I was just reading the official site and for Q4 2010 construction progress it said that substructure construction was in its final two stages, and ground level would not be hit until may 2011....Well look at where it is at now!
