Nakakatawa yung mga drivers from Manila when they drive in Subic natatanga sila when they approach stop sign, pag alang traffic enforcer sige dirediresto tapos bigla na lang mahuhuli tapos kakamot kamot ng ulo at magmamakaawa na wag matiketan lol.

In reality, most drivers in our country dont know what the "STOP" sign means. Blinking red light --> yes, we can see it in Manila, Cebu and other big cities but still this is not followed because people simply dont know what this means.. Napakadali kasing kumuha ng license dito, that is why drivers are not forced to study or know by heart the traffic rules and road signs before taking an exam.

Thanks for the great updates...

Is it the same as the 2 sec total stop, and with a 2-way or 4-way Stop gives a right-of-way to the driver who got in there first? While in case of 2, 3, or 4 cars got in there all at the same time, you yield to the driver at the right? Also, a rolling stop is not allowed too.

Yes, you are correct. First to stop, first to go, as practiced in subic and few industrial parks. But the rest of the Philippines do not follow it or totally dont know it.

Going back to NLEX, in contrary to "STOP" sign, "MAX SPEED" or "SPEED LIMIT" I believe is easy to understand. Yet, still a lot of drivers ignore it and some people blame the design of the highway as the primary culprit of accidents (referring to the single-lane Mabalacat section).

yeah, ilang taon na yang ganyan di pa rin nae-expand... they keep telling the volume is not enough to justify the expansion...

Nice to see all these updates.

c5, lrt sep, coastal, slex,
