Not sure if this would be classified as a minor refurb, but Riverside Mall in Rondebosch seems to be getting a revamp.
Work has commenced around the exterior of the building. |

Nice! Shot. I hope that they're changing the pinky colour of the grating at 2 Long Street. Hopefully we have now learnt that pink does not look attractive on most, if any, buildings

Anyone know what's happening to the Bronx building in Green Point? I was under the impression that they were going to knock it down and rebuild it, but there's scaffolding up around it, so it almost looks like they're repainting it.

Yeah also saw them digging a MONSTER hole there the other day, probably taking out the old contaminated petrol tanks!!
Lol, I love it, this city seems to be cooking with little projects popping up everywhere, it's actually amazing if you count them, it must be in the region of like 20 - 30 little projects!! |
