maybe. i cant predict what the property rates will be
but these are rates for pre-booking. if you buy a flat now you are assured of that price. most of the funding for these towers will in fact come from pre-booking |

Supergiant. Like the design. Lets just wait for the construction to get started.

But the Pentonium is on hold or something, from what I heard...so I guess India will finally have it's name in the record books for having the tallest residential building at some point in time.

The pentonium is no longer on hold, check the thread in the supertalls section.I would say it has head start of atleast 12 months on the world one, construction above street level.

Okayy.. I never go to the Dubai forums.. Besides, the thought of having Mumbai compete with Dubai for the tallest/biggest anything is pretty much an achievement in itself.

The race begins. With quiet a few super talls planned in Mumbai let's see who reaches the 300+ height mark first. Hope that all get built as they will give Mumbai a distinct skyline.

It already has. Palais Royale will hopefully be the first one. And for this Supertall, we will have to wait for the construction to start before getting excited.

As of today, Palais Royale's officially sanctioned height is 298 metres which doesn't officially designate it as a supertall.

SRUIL got a sanction to build upto 298 m but now they can build higher. See the 3rd last para in this news report.
meanwhile.. here's another render. You get an idea of the dimensions of the glazing panels that will be used. ![]() the design blog |

Has this design actually been approved yet? Or is it merely a proposal at this stage? Any activity at all at the mill site?
