Do you fink they will hold a press conference if the design was not approved.

I think they already got necessary permissions from authorities

The project has received the approval of the BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) civic body

This looks good and really hope that they will stick to the plans and wont reduce the number of stories / height later on.

All the best for WORLD ONE..

Do taller thinner structures have to be pyramidical in shape? I mean I can understand that taller structures like the Freedom tower do not need to be pyramidical because the thickness extends all the way from bottom to the top. But towers like Burj Khalifa were designed in a way that smaller buildings along the way of the tower will form a stronger foundation for the rest of the slim structure heading towards the top. Is this the story here?

It has been inspired from the design of burj khalifa

I think the Burj Khalifa itself was inspired from Willis Tower.

construction has started. they have started bookings, so they have to construct on time, or else they will be liable to pay interest on booking amounts for delayed hand-over

it seems it will have a 17 acre garden, a large part of which will be open for public access. must be a deal with the bmc for higher fsi, or must be the 1/3rd part which has to go for open spaces

I'm waiting for the renders of the two 80fl towers to be released. In one of the renders I posted above you can see two towers, could that be the base of them?

And looking at the renders, makes me feel sick. A balcony 400m above the city!
