Only one thing to say !!

Great updates & the project is progressing fast.

Its great that Armani-Casa is designing some of the interiors of the apartments making this development more special.

Schindler. This is such an disappointment. Schindler lifts are bad!!! I thought they would go for Otis or Mitsubishi atleast. Even Hyundai lifts are better than Schindler

If there are two skyscrapers in the Lodha Place Complex, then what would be the height of a potential third tower?

I have a genuine question to ask. Guys please help me. Builders in mumbai ask for money slab wise. In world ones case. There is not a single floor that has been made. It's the inner core which has come up. Builder has already started asking for money per slab. Is it justified or is my definition of slab wrong ?

slab means slab,no core or half baked structures, one slab, one installment thats the rule..but the builders have their own stds..they arm twist people for money and thats nothing new..if you have a common group you can tell the builder that you'd pursue legal action

Have booked a flat in world one and let me tell you there is no clarity on how many slabs are done. They keep asking for payments. They do only fancy stuff and all that but just bother about payments.

There is another crooked strategy the builders use nowadays..happened with one of my frnds neighbor..they will ask you for money even when there is no substantial progress..you protest and delay the payment and they will keep the pressure on..at one point when the project rises a bit they will say you didnt pay on time..take your money and walk..so effectively they have leveraged whatever money you had given them and now that they have something to show they know they can probably get more money leaving you in a very bad position..

Some mucky mucks in this thread, congratulations brother hardiksr.

Re : related crookery in ultra tall bldg.'s, sorry to go off-topic and no hard feelings,
looks likeBombay market has it's own ingenious ultra tall funding model. Natural evolution. So look fwd. to a mushrooming of ultra talls.

Globally, ultra falls are special projects funded by local govt.'s. The twin towers in New York were Port Authority funded, Petronas in Malaysia are got. Co. funded, Burj Dubai went belly up and is now But Khalifa, Sears Towers I don't know but sounds commercial, HongKong super tall and Shanghai supers areall govt. show cases .

Only in aamchi we have genuinely 'public', customer driven funding model for super talls .
