it seems it will have a 17 acre garden, a large part of which will be open for public access. must be a deal with the bmc for higher fsi, or must be the 1/3rd part which has to go for open spaces
You mean the laying of the foundation has started.

I think such tall towers would be prone to Terrorism after 9-11 attacks. Also the picture shows open balcony, which is probably not kid friendly design. I thinking living above 20+ floors would kind of make you aloof from the society.

Does anyone know the price per square foot for the least expensive units.
Are overseas investors allowed to buy.
What are the normal payment schedules.
Is it a good location.
Bandra or Bridge Candy was recommended to me how do the three areas compare in terms of prestigious address and availability and price. If those areas are better are there any projects available to buy there.
What is the best way to buy, like what real estate agent is good
thanx for any help.

A doubt: on the first page it is said that the location of this project is Srinivas Mills, but that lies in Lower Parel, doesn't it? Why is it then said the land deal happened in Wadala? May be I'm missing something.

Edit: Okay My bad, the Wadala land deal is different from this project.
