6 offices buildings of 4 floors height (66,000 sqm) are distributed on the western side of the

Halawala, i want to cry, i have thought of more malls but i am strating to think its getting out of hand =S oh and what about PARKING !!!

BTW remember that the metro map has been changed

so maybe some stops in Doha shifted as well because now we have places as far as Dukhan, Al-Khor, Laffan and Alshamal all covered by the Metro plans

Festival City is different from Northgate Mall & and still the project is under negotiation not yet awarded to any Main Contractor, let's wait fro more information because supposedly should start beginning this coming August 2011.

Festival city is bigger than the north gate I assume? However the north gate seems to have a very similAr concept and design ...

Imagine that this stretch of the highway will have Over five malls! Just imagine the traffic that people will face! They should start to construct a parallel north road behind and on front of the current to move traffic away from this very busy artery... I know I am dreaming but this has to happen in order to avert a crisis in the near future.

North Road is already a nightmare next to Landmark. The interchange (with lights) is poorly designed and you have long lines at rush hours. Going to Landmark from West Bay I was once blocked just after passing the Madinat Khalifa roundabout. They have to add some flyovers to join that to North Road, plus enlarge North Road (it's very narrow there : 3 ways only against 5 ways next to Kharaitiyat / Umm Salal).

Massila It's unlikely those roads will happen. The country seems to have an aversion to quality infrastructure.
