Though I'm not sure about the facade... What is it? Pure exposed concrete?
They should at least paint it. Otherwise it's turning unappealing pretty fast.

It looked way more like an elegant combination of glass and steel in earlier renderings:

Oh, comon don't be naive Look at the picture belove. There are panels clearly visible. Actually finishing of this tower is one of the things I like the most about it.

It's some kind of cladding over the concrete. Looks like corian clad and glass.

Just because they make it appear to be facade panels in their renderings, it doesn't mean it's no concrete facade.

I'd like to have an official information on that.

There are way too many projects that got built with great ambitions shown in visualizations, while they completely failed to live up to the standards generated by their rendering images. That's all I'm saying.

Didn't say it necessarily has to be concrete, I only want an official information.

Well the renders are all we have to discuss about design. If you don't trust them you have to wait for the completed product to judge

Does anyone have any updates???? Tell me something, will this structure stick out, or are there high rises, which are tall enough to make the area look good??

No no, the are will look good. This tower will not not look utterly out of place considering the other two tower that will rise along with it and also there are other high rises coming up in that area.
