2014 or 2015? Either way Lodha developers have stated that they are on schedule. But I don't know if you noticed, the construction pace is the fastest I've ever seen in India along with the GIFT towers in Gujarat.

Interesting... It looks like the core is solid concrete with no embedded utilities or lift shafts. Is that correct?

I was wondering that too. anyone know?

this will look awesome when finished. Not as great as the best (ST for example), but still a nice design.

Nope its not a solid core.
In the floor plan you can see the lift shafts and openings for lifts to each floor is give on the another side of the building.

Either I'm looking at it wrong or the picture below doesn't seem to show any openings in the core at all. What am I missing?

Edit: Ah... Are you saying that all the openings are on the side of the core not visible here?

Thanks. was about to ask the same thing! I'm looking at these and going "Ok..there're no protrusions for halls or windows here so either the core is solid or we can't see them on an opposite side." Good to know we just can't see it

Amazing super tall building! but they should ask those people in the poor houses in the front if they could move to a different place.

I read somewhere that the developers are very close to making a deal with those people living in right next to the premises of Lodha Place. I'm sure by the time the tower is completed, the old buildings will be demolished.
