Nice!
Can somebody tell me in which part of Mumbai is World One located? Doesn't matter how you can tell me, even some coordinates or an address can help

Also what is the height of both the towers ? If the smaller one has topped out then a relative comparison can be made..

Arabian Construction Company has created the subsidiary ACC India. World One has been listed on their website with the basic info:

Quote:
World One Tower, Mumbai:

ACC has been awarded the prestigious contract – ‘World One' in Mumbai, India, which is considered to be the second tallest residential building in the world. This project is being executed on a joint venture between ACC and an Indian infrastructure contractor Simplex Infrastructure.

The 442-metre, 117-storey development will be the tallest building in India and the world's second tallest residential complex upon completion in 2015. With 270-degree views, private pools, home theatre lounges and outdoor Jacuzzis, World One is set to be one of the India's most sought-after luxury life-style destinations. The development will also include an 18,000 sq. m. elevated park and an observation lounge positioned 305 meters (1,000 feet) above the ground providing an unhindered view of the Arabian Sea and the cityscape.

Project Details
Client: Lodha Group
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Architect: Pei Cobb Freed & Partners
Structural Engineer: Leslie E. Robertson Associates
Height: 442 meter
Floor Count: 117 Storey

This render uses an old image, so by the World One is complete obviously there will be more supertalls on the skyline:

I think if any city, its Mumbai that truly deserves super tall skyscrapers. The land price is extremely high and the population is on the boom. Not only that, its a massive economic hub of South Asia with a population of about 3 billions.
