Royal Group is probably waiting a good time to launch this project. This project will be launch anytime given consideration if demand is strong from Phnom Penh Tower and leasing transaction is doing well at Vattanac Capital Tower.

Right now I believe office buildings are having problems to attract tenants due to the excessive supplies

There are still plenty of shophouse/tubehouse type buildings avaliable, and these usually have better exposure and flexibility then office building. The only extra thing they have to worry about is security.

Security is one of the concern, and reputable companies usually prefer to house their office in the office building. Using shophouse or villa may not be ideal in long term.

It has no start date but will be completed by Mid-2013. How come? Maybe only one year for construction. Officially a joke

It can't be complete by 2013, but I know this project is real and it'll be complete some day

The same goes to Vattanac Capital Tower, it was scheduled to complete before 2012 and because the project was delayed and now it plans to complete in 2012

Royal tower should have something more awesome than vattanac tower but since Royal.tower announce that they will.provide grade A office. that's nice

they are building another skyscraper which is the redevelopment of the cambodiana hotel and that is already more impressive than vttanac!

It is going to be built in this year. I think investors are really interested to build high rise building along Monivong Bld since it is business center. So in near future, this street will be covered by all high rise buildings for sure
