thanks, inip na ko want to go home kasi but sayang naman uwi ko kung wala pang turnover. im on the 9th floor so siguro medyo earlier turnover ko compared to those in higher floors. Does the pre selling for the last tower started already? im thinking of getting another unit if the price is affordable for me. Coz i remember the pre selling for grass started at 1.1 although i got mine at 1.8. how much kaya starting price for the last tower?

Syang ngayon ko lang nakita itong thread na ito, madami pala akong matututunan, huli na kasi nakapag d/p na ako. Anyhow, kainis mali naman ang info na binigay ng agent ko, sa tower 2 niya ako pinakuha kasi daw maliit ang mga sqm sa tower 3, eh same price lang pala. Minsan late pa siya magupdate, at kung di ako magresearch di sya mag bigay ng info. Hay, kung pwede lang magpalit ng agent bakit kasi di pwede

btw perpetual ownership ba ang grass residences, what will happen kaya after 50yrs? And possible ba na iturnover nila ang T1 nang di pa gawa lahat ang amenities, bilisan kaya nila ang pagtapos sa T3&2 para di naman diyahe sa mga residents ng T1 kung may construction pang nagaganap habang sila nakatira na sa T1.

Kainis mas malaki pala ang sqm ng T3 kesa sa T2 tapus mas mahal pa kinalalabasan ng T2. SAYANG TALAGA mas malaki na sana for the same price!

The turn over of units in tower 1 will start on the first quarter of 2011 according to my agent...March 2011 I think..I'll be home once the unit will be turned over to investors...I bought my unit at a cost of 1.194 M..I think that was the first pre-selling amount...Someone says that the unit price nowadays is more than 2.3M..I hav a unit on the 12th floor..Im kinda excited, it was my first property investment in the Philippines....

did you guys know that grass tower 1 suffers the same issue as sea residences'? the CHB interior walls are also stacked vertically. did any of you guys been informed by their respective agents?

i'm certain yun mga agents here knows about it but it seems they are keeping quiet about it. mahihirapan kasi sila makabenta pag malaman ng tao. pag may mga problema at issues na ganito na ka-important, laging tatahimik. ang alam lang is magpost ng magpost ng ads para makakuha ng client dito.

also it's obvious naman i used the pic of sea's di ba? i even gave the link kung nasaan nakapost yun pic, did i not? para malaman ng hindi nakabasa ng sea what "stacked vertically looks like. sheesh! why not use some brain cells once in a while.

hi guys. new here. and don't know anything about condos really... want to learn... we purchased a unit from tower 3 last year, but we didn't get a parking slot because we literally used all our savings for the unit already... but our plans for this is mainly either to rent out, or sell next time when it appreciates... looking for advice, would it be better if we get a parking slot? or it's just about the same? i was thinking if we should get a parking slot at grass to compliment the unit, or get an installment plan for the capital towers in e.rodriguez...

i hope someone kind would give their side of the situation...

in the middle, i think yan yun magiging sampayan ng mga walang balcony. buti pa sila. yun mga may balcony, walang sampayan. kasi bawal magsampay sa balcony.

also i confirmed na yun mga interior walls ng tower 1, the CHBs are stacked vertically. as for the pipes, i'm still waiting for confirmation kung they indeed welded it. you can ask your respective agents about it.

Yup that was the first pre-selling price. Got mine also around that value. Btw, neighbors pala tayo, I'm also from the 12/F.

Question: anu kayang magandang way para magamit ng maayus yung washing mahine sa loob ng toilet kasi walang designated water outlet (?) para sa washing machine maliban na lang daw kung ikakabit dun sa may lababo. May nabibili kaya na kasukat nun. At paano yung water drain ng washing machine, sa floor na lang talaga? Lastly, kasya kaya ang fully automatic top load na washing machine sa toilet, mag fit kaya? Thanks!
