I wonder what the final height will be. It towers over one57.

Bigger

BTW, I think that Penthouse Unit will not be the uppermost.
I am pretty sure it will be where I point with the red arrow.
The living room is on the cantilever, you can see the mechanichal floor bellow, and thet setback above the unit that is that part where the tower loses its corner.

Nice! Congrats to Yimby & Otie getting exactly what they had depicted . Honestly, I'm relieved it's not that massing showed at that student arts league cantilever meeting.

I like it and it will be very prominent gracing our skyline, but obviously the Steinway and Verre are tops.

Could someone add the Steinway Tower into this render and a massing for the park lane development and a rough massing for the 29w57th tower, please? Much thanks in advance.

And the Verre! It would be shown in that picture standing a bit higher than One57!

I guess I should have waited like 12 hours...

Unfortunately I have to get to work, so only had time to slap in Steinway from my earlier Photoshop job, but I will try to do Verre, 220 and the others tonight.

Mind you that from the obvs deck at 30 Rock, The Verre would be right in your face!

Yeahhhhh...

I cheated it (and made it transparent) but it is a little out of scale because of the perspective. Still, I think this more or less covers it unless anyone can think of other developments I'm missing.

And now I'm late for work. But I couldn't help myself.

But its roof will be substantially taller than both One World Trade Center and Willis Tower. The most recent figures put 217 West 57th’s Spire one foot below the WTC’s 1,776-foot pinnacle.
Bullsh*t, it's barely noticeably taller than Sears tower and still not much taller than the WTC. People who write articles are so dumb sometimes.

YIMBY says 1,479 still but breaking 1500 would have been nice.

The latest DOB permits said 1,493 to the roof. The tallest US rooftop is a nice addition to NYC.

Nice work Marshall!
I can help but appreciate the variety among those new towers. This is gonna be an awesome skyline.
Also have to say, we've been complaining about not seeing new renderings of Nordstrom but we've been giving Hines and TV a pass cause they never really submitted high res renderings of the new TV design, all we got is that low res rendering and some shots of the crown. That's another thing I can't wait to see.

Awesome render, it looks magnificent. Nordstrom is by far the most beautiful future tower in NYC. Everything else pales in comparison with this phenomenal masterpiece
