I think the spire needs a height boost because don't you think it would look too short on such a tall building?

I'm still going to call this Nordstrom Tower, just as I still call Willis Tower Sears Tower. Some names just sound better to my ears.

Push the spire past 1800 and light it up great like the empire. This would be such a cool point of emphasis on the skyline - this tower is really growing on me. Bring back the tallest roof to the city and put another great crown on the top of our skyline!

With a ground elevation of 80 feet and roof height of 1522, this thing will essentially appear to be 1600 feet tall, especially when viewing it from the NJ side. Given that, it will appear almost 250 feet taller than the roof of 1 WTC. This is going to be amazing

It's nature to be like that as time goes by.
There's no more well-planned large land for big buildings in grown up cities.

Willis Tower was called Sears Tower for 36 years. "Nordstrom" Tower is still a pit in the ground.

if they building at central park already Skyscrapers with 541 m....why still planning wtc 2 with 411 m or less?? Makes no sense...already freedom Tower became to short...downtown was always the Roof of nyc...with buildings at central park at the same high...there is no order anymore...sorry...wtc 2 should be take over a new role...i.e. leading role...600m + ....it's strange if the entrance of nyc becomes smaller than the rest...sorry...for me that makes no sense anymore.
