So part of the core is above street level now?

Edit: No that's across the street I see now.

The core appears to be 3-4 floors above ground now as yoy can see in the first 2 pictures

Looks like the rest of the tower is catching up! Great photos guys, keep them coming

This towers moving pretty fast. However I think you are wrong about Marina 106 never having a day of being the tallest in the world. first of all I thought that this tower was supposed to be a hotel for the first 50 or 60 floors. Secondly look how much more progressed Marina 106 is than this tower. https://www.propsearch.ae/photos/dub...er-4504_xl.jpg
^ That's not my photo either.

The core is all the way over to the east side to support the cantilever over the art school. The building across the street is 220 Central Park South, which will block most of the priceless Central Park views, hence the cantilever.

This model popped up on my instagram feed!

Basically shows that the design we've seen without the spire is official

Some interesting towers to be seen on it! (Eg between steinway and 432 pa - appears to be roughly 280m tall!)

Nothing, it is not the wall. When I first saw it I thoght the same, but if you look closely, that is the formwork that I guess was being rearranged. Look bellow the crooked section and you will see the actual wall, with its rebar protruding from it.
