![]() I couldn't agree more. Generally I hate the people who have negative views on a certain building or proposal, but I honestly can not find anything beautiful or visually pleasing about this no matter how hard I try! Perhaps it is just a problem with me visualizing it outside of a render. |

I don't think that design is bad, though the spire looks ugly. But the building iteslf looks good in my opinion, though that means nothing now since that design was rejected.
As to the height, I think this will definitely be taller than 432 Park. The title of the city's (or eventually countries') tallest building is a prestigeous award to have for any project, whether residential or commercial
