Since this figure reflects the highest occupied floor, the actual height with a crown, could be a lot taller.

Roof height it will be the tallest in north america if built as listed. However I doubt we will see a 200+ foot spire/antenna though it certainly is possible.

the official ruling of freedom tower is not out yet. the chance that freedom tower gets downgraded on the official height and giving the pinnacle on top the name antenna rather than spire is still on the debating table. if it indeed gets the smaller height i am pretty sure this building will become the tallest building in the united states.

Lol. 1550 roof height is absurd. From Central Park One57 looks huge, but this is going to be 30% taller... I just can't even begin to imagine what this will look like.

Only 88 floors... hmm at such a height one would expect at least 100. So what's the ceiling height, 5m or what?

if this thing has a crown, which sounds possible, it will be one insane!

can someone photoshop a building (i know the design hasn't been released, just use a simple shape) on say the New York 2020 skyline picture of this building at 472m?

Makes you wonder how tall the floor to ceiling height will be, and how the design will be for this surprisingly low floor count for this height...

maybe it has a giant penthouse?

Good question, forgot about that. The store should take about 250,000 sf to 300,000 sf iirc. That could explain the low floor number.
