nyc15 .... I understand you want put New York City over 550 metre then waiting until enough money for over 550 metre or 650 metre
I sure of it would be better waiting until turn up
Chicago once very close to tallest in United States then left there hole
My prediction is 2025 first megatall construction for both New York City and Chicago
nyc15 you need relax time for They’re turn up for you

When it is all you ever post about (Source), I think it's fair to call it an obsession. Sorry to say.

These recent pictures are really making 432 Park grow on me. At first I hated the simplistic design, but the more I see it, the more I like it. I think it will create a stunning new part of the skyline together with Tower Verre, 111 West 57th and Central Park Tower.

It must be over 220 meters already.. And it will be over 2 times as high!! Imagine.. It'll have total skyline dominance.

You take time warner twins towers one over the other we will have 230m*2=460m still not have the central park tower height which is above 472m

I find there are structures incomplete without a fierce extremity. This building will do well without a spire, designed to do so or without.

Squeezing my guess from the SSP diagram, this babe is around 225 meters tall. Good times!

Edit: Comparing with TWC, 225 meters is in history now

Simply comparing building pairs on a random skyline pic to estimate height usually has horrible accuracy. Are you accounting for building distance to the camera and the buildings' heights above sea level?

The Time Warner Center is right next to it and that pic above was taken with a long lens. Very much comparable.

Okay in this case it's pretty accurate. If the right side of 225 is in front of the left side of the Hearst Tower and Time Warner Center is from that angle then it's taken from about the direction of LGA and the differential distance isn't too distorting (225 slightly closer). And it turns out their ground altitude's only feet apart. Whoa, it's huge now.
