I mean, the thread title clearly says 225west57th!!!!!!!!!!!!! and the article 16-18 W. 57th St, so how could such a confusion even be considered? Also, Barnett´s selling just emans more cash for this project. And Sollow has air rights for a 330k sqf tower, on a tiny plot. That thing will result in a slender and big tower. Maybe even a supertall.

@ usafarid: STOP TROLLING!

Gary Barnett give up the project !!!!
That article, which I posted in another thread, is about a different project further east on W 57Th. Barnett is selling that site in connection with financing 225.

If you would love this view, you'd too wish for an observation deck, wouldn't you? There's a different pleasure looking at the "MELTING POT" from heavens!!!
Plus, from this elevation you can see both buildings and roof, so i'm sure an observation deck here would do justice.

It's not like New York City if it's not seen from the top

Shift left so Bofa and Esb line up and that's pretty much this towers view.

Shit! i absolutely missed it here.
I'll do it from next time and thanx for the alert tone!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I think there are 4 quarters in a year.
Can anybody tell me how many quarters are there in a year? 3 or 4, if 3 quarters this building is supposed to break ground by next month, but if 4 quarters it must start this month?
I'm overwhelmed with this ignorance.

4 quarters. A quarter is always 1/4.

Gary Barnett give up the project !!!!
Uh, no.

That's a totally different site. Barnett is selling a different site to Solow, who is assembling a site for a huge tower.

There are a number of major skyscraper sites on 57th Street, and Barnett owns at least three of them.

You say that all info is correct and up to date and I think I found an error:
Here it goes:
Quote:
the skyscraper would be the second tallest building in New York, and only about 40 feet lower than the One World Trade Center
It's not 40 feet but 40 meters shorter so I think you're trolling!

Well, since both the final heights of 1WTC and of this tower aren't 100% sure, I don't think you can have correct info 'bout that.
