I don't know why, whenever I'm to make a guess about the height, I will think of the figure 508 meters of Taipei 101.
And nothing's going on by today's date?? Most irritating thing ever.

As per the 20 June 2013 WSJ, Extell is negotiating with the Chinese for funding.

US banks have funded a lot of projects lately. Maybe he can get better terms from the Chinese.
