Is that Silvio Berlusconi alongside Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev? So he's taken up an interest in Winter Sports since political retirement? He was absent during the Opening Ceremony of the Torino 2006 Games, only attending the Closing Ceremony.

 Oh that's just the Olympic link. He was notably absent as Prime Minister of Italy at the time from the 2006 Torino Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony. I guess all the backlash of him not attending got him to attend the Closing Ceremony instead. Whether it was intentional of him to skip the Opening Ceremony or not, who knows?
