Actually only the three towers in JLT and The Skyscraper in BB are frehold. Their other project in SZR and TECOM are just for leasing.

I think new contractor also stop orking for some funny reason again, you should expect it from Al Attar.

thhis is no longer on hold ive seen workers and there definatley doing stuff, think its target now building it.

I also saw a couple of workers on site and on the right side of the building some rows of glass for facade testing, which I think have not been there before.

German formwork company wins raft of contracts

German formwork and scaffolding supplier, Hünnebeck, has won a raft of recent contracts on tower projects in Dubai.

These include an award to supply formwork Al Attar Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, which is being built by General Construction, as well as to a five star hotel being built by Arabtec on the Palm Jumeirah

The company has also picked up work on the US $272 million (AED 1 billion) Palazzo Versace Hotel, also being constructed by Arabtec.
