Some Village in Montenegro: March 22

Kaunas, Porlamar, Mumbai, Tirana and Timgad have all copyrights reserved, can't use them.
Crimea needs a source and something that says it isn't copyrighted
Nizhny Novgorod probably has rights reserved
Iloilo City is just not a great image
Bangkok: for some reason that one seems a bit bland. Is there a better skyline image of Bangkok?
Pattaya: image is grainy

In Flickr, do an Advanced Search and click the 'Only search within Creative Commons-licensed content' option.

You need to request permission to the flickr member who owns rights to the image. It's clear that the cropped image was uploaded to Panoramio by another user making that illegal. So, posting illegal materials that are illegally used by others, makes it double illegal.
