Well raw concrete is quite important to classyfy something as Brutalism, red brick was also quite common and the shape is quite weird and asymetric although there seem to be some postmodern inspirations.

Whatever the classification of these buildings, some are clearly brutal to my eyes.

But the Antwerp building actually looks like it had a bit of influences from old buildings (or row houses) that come to mind when I think of Belgian cities.

Robarts Library reminds me of Simcity 2000's church and Torres Blancas looks like an arcology.
