But brutalist too, because the principal princip of brutalism is to havre the "brut" concrete. (And that's by Perret, the mentor of the father of Brutalisme ; Le Cordusier).

That's just not only brutalist (but neoclassic too, effectively).

But it's too far away from the typical style of brutalism to be a true brutalist building. Maybe the interior.
