Awesome?! It's a giant piece of s***! How can you like this one?! I don't like Donald Trump, but I used to think he had taste in architecture! What went wrong?!

It looks like if it's made of LEGO. The design is much too simple. I don't like this " blackbox" .

I thought the official height for Trump world tower was 263m?? it was for the time it was uc, then it was quoted as 265m then 268m now 269m??
I was told the 269m height is its height above RL (sea level)??
could someone confirm this?
also does anyone know its floor plate size??

cheers

145 ft by 78 ft (44.2 m by 23.8 m) floor plates.

262.5m / 863.5ft from street level. 72 floors.

887,753 ft2 gross area

Looks great in person, the facade is very classy!

The lobby however is possibly the tackiest space I've EVER seen. All gold, brass, crystal and marble SCREAMING at you in dollars!

Looks more like a Chicago building than a New York building. I gave it a 7. Sleek, but a little boring, especially when its in the same shot as the Chrysler building.

Well, Enzo, as they always say, "money talks!" Now if it would just tone it down a bit...

Spectacular becauseit's tall and slim and because its black colour... but it's boxy and boring. Only a nice building that wouldn't fit either in Shangai or Hong Kong...

It's a box but it balances out the skyline, and can get away with being a box since there are so many non-boxes in the vacinity.

A magnificent box indeed (tall, black, slender, sleek ...), but no more than that. Precisely the type of building that gives highrises a bad name. 5.5

6.5 I guess it works for a residential... looks pretty ominous though... not particularly interesting... but not a disaster

No doubt very nice to live in....also you'd be blessed by not having to look at it, when opening the curtains.
