The thing on the top is to add more beauty to the tower in the night wen it throws light into the sky...certainly it will look good wen lit up.. got this info from the sunshine case study being done for the tallest steel building in the country......

Building looks awesome but I wish they don't put that fruit basket on the top as seen in one of the renders. Keeping it simple will be good.

Haha. Fruit basket, like that. I hope they don't come up with a tower next to it and name it "Rain" tower.

I thought so, that means 3 of IndiaBulls new projects are located on this stretch too plus Hafeez Orbit Terraces.

Is the area correct for Sunshine Tower since the IndiaBulls projects are in Lower Parel & then Sunshine is in Dadar?

Does Lower Parel become Dadar further down the flyover? i.e. Senapati Bapat Marg and Gokhale Road/NM Joshi road.
