Baku is getting the most love. But I have to go with Yerevan here. I like the views of Mt. Arat and the airport. Something about Armenia just intrigues me.

which one? Palace of the Shirvanshahs ? they always have been vasals of gerogian kings

I realize you love your city, but thank you for making me laugh. That was funny.

On a more serious note, I am sorry to disappoint anyone who feels otherwise but Tbilisi has always been the cultural capital of Caucasus and always will be. Trying to argue against it, is arguing against the fact.
Tbilisi has more nationalities in it than any other Country in the region. This makes Georgia a very special multicultural hub of the region. Tbilisi has more cultural flavor and character than Baku and Yerevan combined. People from the region come to visit Tbilisi the most. Enough said.
Baku has more money and more financial means but it is boring. Big buildings are boring and tasteless and have no character. To have fun Armenians and Azeris come to Georgia. More specifically to Tbilisi and Batumi. That is also a fact. Welcome to Tbilisi.

Flame Towers, light up at night with illumination of Flames and the tallest in the region, and there are many reconstruction works which is the same in Tbilisi and Baku , and yes I do love the city i was born in who doesnt?
more tourists visit Azerbaijan than Georgia and that is a fact
and as I said before I see Georgians in Baku all the time
and yes many people from Azerbaijan also visit Georgia cause its really close
Baku doesnt just have tall buildings in the master plan there will be no buildings taller than 6 floors `

No. I am not dumb or something, thank you. Just because the Flame Towers are tall and light up the sky, doesn`t make them beautiful. Take a page from Singapore. Now they know how to build beautiful skyscrapers with taste. Sure you love your city and who doesn`t? But that makes you, shall we say little less objective at times. Makes you write silly things from time to time.

Batumi only has 3 or 4 tall buildings. The one that they are building now is going to be interesting I think. At least they are not copies of each other. I'm not going to say I am crazy about all of them but they are more interesting than those same face buildings in Baku.
