Nice, but these buildings look a bit too retro early-modernist to me. And the groundplan is too baroque.
The current plan is better. |

I have to say, this is a very good proposal. These buildings fit in much better than the world trade center, and what I really like is the green park area which surrounds them.

looks like something that was sketched up in the 1950s looking into the 21st centurary.
