what had been said sa ilang ads is ang opening will be in October 2010 ( perhaps, they meant Launching).. so that will be the time na mag pre-sell pa sila... not necessarily na itukod dayon seguro.. but basin sad diay... I suspect, that the advertisement was put in haste.. klaro na neophyte pa kaayo sila sa real estate development industry kay dili pa sila familiar sa mga terms... hehehe

Niadto ko gabii and I havent seen any enclosed lot nor heavy equipments in the area. Are you sure it's in front of The Persimmon?

dili jud exactly in front bai ha... morag infront sya sa kadto gani.. bilyaran... diha..
naa bai.. na gani mga flags sa gawas and the heavy equipments can be seen even from the outside despite of the tall galvanized iron fence..
