of course not zuhammed
. concerning me, you also caught me at a bad time. i was also packing my stuff just like dubai_boy, but for my dubai visit the day after tomorrow.you should know that everybody's opinion is more than welcome to this forum!! ![]() now to your post: i would exactly say the same! my father moved to dubai last december to work there for several years. here in germany the economical situation is weak and it will remain like this for a very long time! this is for sure! politicians kill themselves by bureaucracy. so the "working climate" in dubai is much better and it offers him a new challenge! and day after tomorrow will be the day i'll leave germany to visit him together with my mom.

In today's Gulf News Business section, I'm not sure which article, either the one about the Jebel Ali airport or about Harvey Nichols opening in Mall of the Emirates, it said that most of the Europeans and Americans or Canadians moving to Dubai and purchasing homes are those of Middle Eastern or Indian subcontinent origin, because they were facing some prejudice post-9/11 or they want to be closer to their culture.
Dubai is coming up with a lot of residential projects and inviting people from abroad to come and live in Dubai, so of course a large population influx is expected. |
