Gulf Bank Headquarters, Project
  Architecture of the building emphasizes dynamic curvature of tower's masses emphasized by skyline of roof parapets. This form, along with clearly defined entry, provides the appropriate and strong impression of the nature of the building. Ex-skeleton is structural element which combines architectural and aesthetic role in the building facade. "X" shaped skeleton is made of white in color reinforced concrete. Double glazed external wall is placed just behind ex-skeleton and completes building enclosure. Glazed in light green-blue color wall consists of vision and spandrels parts. Light metal bries soleil system will be used to protect against sun rays penetration in East and West elevations. Tower's architecture composition is pointed by solid– white stone clad front corners. Architectural impression is built on play of shades and light, and contrast between transparent and blank parts. Slopped roof of towers is covered with photovoltaic panels placed on steel sub-frame. Panels are arranged in segments with free space between to allow for air movement required by mechanical equipment located on roof underneath. The block of tower rest on solid vertical columns in ground floor level. "Spear" Tower Is an element which plays focal and pivoting role in whole architectural composition. Architectural treatment will emphasize character of tower and punctuate climax of it verticality. Light glazed and open bridges will link AGB and Rentable Towers in altered manner.
