Yes, the shape and cladding looks really ICC. There is also a building in Pudong Shanghai that was completed before the ICC which has a similar shape. Its the green one

Who designed the towers?
This must be SOM, because that 3rd rendering down looks exactly like Time Warner Centre in New York and Benoy is a retail designer.

regardless of who did it... i like it. simple and modern.

actually... as i look closer, you guys are right.
its a total ICC knock off! its ICC Hong Kong mixed with Time Warner Centre New York! how global.
so if you don't know what you are doing... take two good towers and blend them together. brilliant.
i hope wharf paid extra for that.
