cruise behind Pemex tower  Uploaded with ImageShack.us these are pictures from regata del bicentenario conmemorating 200 years of mexican indepence, i dont really know exactly what regata means but i think is a race of old vessels this time were from brazil, the US, Netherlands, chile, Argentina, Venezuela, Spain and others, but i dont remember clearly who the others were. Nice pictures. The last time I was in Veracruz was probably back in the early 1980s so it´s been quite a long time.
You should post more ground-level street-view images so we can see what the city looks like from that perspective: plazas, restaurants, parks, businesses, etc. Overall I´ll give it a 7.5/10.
