Those are more like tourist carts. There are quite a few tourist companies in Krakow that take their tourists around in those mini cars.

As regards to Krakow I usually visit the city a few times a year - it's close and convinient to get there from Warsaw

When is the best time to visit Krakow? (April/May?) I've resisted going there as it's a relatively small city with a huge tourist industry which for me just robs any place of atmosphere. Obviously, January would be quiet but having once been to Munich in January I'll pass on that, just far too cold.

Interestingly I was in in Warsaw in July a few years back and found it surprisingly uncrowded with tourists considering the time of year.
